CT HELP FILES

I have reworked the CT.HLP file. This has been updated to most recent commands as I know them. These files are formatted so that each page-up/page-down command give you a clean full page of information, and does not cross parts of the help section from one screen to the next. The 'General' text command's have been expanded to include ALL text commands in alphabetical order.
In order provide for the page by page formatting need to use the help file corresponding to the mode you run CT in. 25 Line or 50 Line (-vga switch). Just rename the correct file to CT.HLP in your CT directory and it will be used. Save your current CT.HLP file first in case you don't like my work.
